Why did you join the Trail Team?
“I saw a blurb in the Westport Shorelines or the Sakonnet Times and thought it might be a nice thing to do and a way to give back to Westport.”
After three years, what has the Trail Team become for you?
“It’s a lot more than just something to do on Tuesday mornings. It anchors my whole week. Which is really important when you are retired. You need to have that. I am someone who enjoys work and I especially enjoy this type of work. It’s a special group of people and I like working with Brendan. It’s very fulfilling for me and has exceeded every expectation I had.”
