Waterway Health: Buffer Zones

Date: Fri. April 24.
Time: 2 p.m.

Location: TBD

Our April Member Appreciation Program

Healthy waterways start on the land.

Healthy waterways start on the land.

How we care for the land near waterways has tremendous impact on the quality of our water. Using the example of an existing agricultural buffer zone, we’ll talk about how to plant to reduce nutrient loading and runoff–on a farm and at our homes.

Executive Director Ross Moran will lead this walk.
