The signs of Spring are here: flowers and trees are beginning to blossom, pollinators are ready to spread the love, and Birds are singing their songs. Come check out WLCT’s Pop Up Nature Activity Tent featuring our favorite Birds found in Westport. Work with binoculars, and field guides to put your birding knowledge to the test. Learn more about the Songbirds you’ll find in your backyard, Waterfowl you’ll see around ponds and marshes, Seabirds by the Ocean, and Birds of Prey soaring high above. Share a story about your favorite bird!

The activity tent will be set up at Westport Woods Conservation Park (573 Adamsville Road) within view of the parking lot. The tent will be set up from April 18th-25th and open to all visitors on site. Explore on your own, or stop by when staff are there to deepen your knowledge. Staff will be available Monday, April 18th 11am-1pm, Wednesday, April 20th 11am-1pm and Friday, April 22 11am-1pm.
