Nocturnal Animals Pop Up Tent

Have you ever wondered why so many animals are nocturnal? Some come out at night to escape the heat of the day and conserve water. Others use the night to hunt, mate, or avoid predators. These animals typically have heightened senses to aid them in the dark, increasing their chances to avoid predators or seek out prey. Learn more at the Pop Up Tent from 10/21-10/23.

All weekend at Westport Woods we will be highlighting the spooky activity that happens at night around our neighborhoods. Come to the Pop Up Tent to check out posters on common nocturnal animals found in Westport.

We will also have mini pumpkins and tree cookies to paint and decorate!
