RESCHEDULED: South Coast Strolls: Gooseberry Island

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a forecast of inclement weather, we are rescheduling this program for Tuesday, May 21.

The Westport River Watershed Association and Westport Land Conservation Trust are pleased to team up to present this series of visits to different ecological hotspots around Westport.

Our South Coast Strolls will be a series of walks at different coastal locations in May. These walks will identify birding hotspots around Westport with various features that entice different kinds of bird life to each.

The second of our spring walks exploring the birds of the South Coast will be at Gooseberry Island. We recommend bringing a comfortable pair of shoes that can handle shoreline walking, as well as optics such as a camera and/or binocular, and a water bottle.
