STEM Stories: I’m Trying to Love Germs
Join us for this series of STEM stories by Bethany Barton, as we hone in on a different element of nature through each of the author’s wonderful books. Following a reading of each title, we’ll explore Westport Woods in search of the subject that each story spotlights.
Parking:
• Park at the Westport Woods parking lot
What to Wear & Bring:
• Sturdy, closed-toed shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water
• Curiosity and imagination!
What to Expect:
• Story hour in the Learning Center
• A short walk through the Children’s Discovery Garden following our read-along
• Less than 1 mile in length
• Minimal incline
Restrictions:
• No pets
• Limit 15 participants
