Mid-morning Story Hour: Over and Under the Pond
The first Story Hour of the spring has arrived! Our theme of the month is “Spring Awakenings,” and that is perfectly embodied in the wonderful picturebook Over and Under the Pond by Kate Messner. As we read this story of outdoor exploration, we’ll think about what lives in and around our own ponds, pools and puddles. Then, we’ll head out into the woods to see if we can find some of the signs of life that these water bodies contain.
