Night Bloomers: An Evening Walk Under the Flower Moon
Embrace the beauty of Westport Woods under glow of the Flower Moon.
We invite you to join us on a magical evening walk under the full moon on May 12. We’ll immerse ourselves in the landscape of the grassland and meadows, learning about some of the spring flowers that emerge under the cloak of night.
Who is this event for:
• This is an all-ages event; families welcome.
What to Wear & Bring:
• Sturdy, closed-toed shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Bug spray
• Water
• Binoculars
What to Expect:
• About 1 mile in length
• Minimal incline
• Ground can be wet, with some exposed roots
Parking:
• Please park in the parking lot at Westport Woods.
Restrictions:
• No pets
• Limit 15 participants
