Forge Pond Conservation Area

Forge Pond Conservation Area provides easy and scenic access for walkers and fisherman to the banks of Forge Pond.

Forge Pond Conservation Area is nestled between Forge Road and Reed Road. Trails run along the north side of the pond and extend along the Noquochoke River, which feeds the pond. This property is popular with fishermen. Terrain is rolling with some short steep sections over uneven ground. Protection of this property was made possible by funding from the Westport Community Preservation Fund, The Trustees, and private donors.
