Who is this for:
- This is a family-friendly event oriented towards young children; very young children (ages 3-7) will need adult guidance during our scavenger hunt.
What to wear & bring:
- Sturdy, closed-toed shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Water
- Helpful tools like a magnifying glass, collection jar, or notebook
- Curiosity and imagination!
What to expect:
- An afternoon scavenger hunt in search of winter nature clues like animal tracks, seeds from trees and plants, and signs of wildlife
- A walk about 1 mile in length
- Minimal incline
Restrictions
- No pets
Parking:
- Park at the trailhead parking lot
